My little one is using this at the moment but the belt is always coming loose. I know it leads to underneath the seat but is there a way to keep the belt tight and in place when there's a baby in it?

Hi Mike, the straps are adjustable. Under the chest strap cushions you will find how to adjust them.

Very much like the mamas and papas Ocarro, I have one and basically it's the same. Is the chair suitable from birth? Think it has a lie flat position, in which case you wouldn't need to buy carrycot?

Yes the stroller seat unit is suitable for newborn as it's able to lie flat.

How high is the handle bar, I'm only 5ft2

Hi Chelsea, the lowest height of the handlebar in oyster 3 is 100cm, which I believe should be ok for you.

I am 5ft1 and the handle is perfrct height for me on lowest setting. Stretches up enough for my 6f lt husband too!

Very bad stroller, dont buy, i have one 8x1 very uncomfortable, my baby is 4 Months old
