I watched your KZbin channel, and you make great videos. Your presentation is very beautiful. However, you are not getting the respect you deserve from KZbin, as you've uploaded around 182 videos, but you only have 87 subscribers. Have you ever thought about areas where you need to improve? I am working with many clients who, with only 20-25 videos, have grown their subscribers close to 1000. I have audited your channel and found a few aspects where I believe if you make improvements, your video's reach will increase.

If only, the right lid and brow will lift but the left side does not, is this something that we should work on, to get to a point where we can do it on boths sides or does it matter. I'm even more curious as to why I can only lift one side and not the other, and the side that I cant lift is my dominant side. Thank you for sharing this little eye exercise to help with sleep and relaxation.

@@doloresguertin9601 it’s good to just notice and be with that , no forcing of trying to open the left as that can cause compensation pathways like breath holding or jaw clenching for example. . Practice as you are 👍

Lol.. I've never been able to lift just one eyebrow. Hopefully this works lifting both eyelids together. 🤷‍♀️

@@mollytremblay1396 I have trouble lifting my right eyebrow but over time gently practicing and being ok with that it comes “ online “ . There’s a lot of good in practicing doing it badly as you aren’t forcing anything that “ should” be done in a certain way if that makes sense. The nervous system will sort itself out when it’s ready .
