For the venturi, how did you attach the white cones and what did you use?

Do you have any issues with hot spot at the bottom? Also how long does it take to heat up? Will it get up to 450-500f degrees? Great build. I’m about to build one. I am looking at gas burner blower units. They are $500 and up. They are what comes on most big ovens. I’m going for 6x6x17 long. I really like your burner idea.

great video but did you know some powders explode when close to open flame . id put a 1/4 inch thick bit of 2 x 2 inch angle over all flames bout 2inch above , thatll keep you safe n the angle will spread the heat evenly

So, alot of this stuff is a great idea. I own a company that makes custom gas fire places. And using your tank as a regulator is sooo dangerous. 😳 it's even more dangerous when you have the venturi that close to the flame. If a fly or per say a piece of plastic was to cover that venturi. Something could happen very easily. Also u wouldn't need that valve if u had 2 ever sides to your burner. Still an awesome video. Not alot of people do, or know about NPT pipe and what you can do

What angle do you bend too?

Im about to build a 4x4x4 oven for my first oven but I plan on doing a 4x4x8 next. I was concerned about the vent and I have a propane heater that's very similar to yours I wasn't sure if I could use. I appreciate you sharing the video. You definitely saved me time and money. but that vent, isn't it a major heat loss? i assume you have to keep it on while you're heating up the oven!

I've tried different ways for heating. But been having trouble. I have a 4x4x6 i saw your video and decided to do the same for heating. i just finished this tubing method last night but i cant figure out why flame goes out when i shut the door. If i have the door open flame stays on.

How long does it take to get up to temperature. Been thinking of doing a hybrid system with gas or a bullet heater to get up to temperature faster then let electric elements hold temp
