Hope so! He’s in terrible pain from the hardware in there. He’s lost almost 70lbs since Jan because he’s in so much pain he hardly eats.

They did a steel rod down the length of his femur and 8 pins through it and into his hip to keep everything together. Unfortunately there were complications and he’s about to have a second surgery.

Making the ice cream looked fun. Did you soak the vent screen in a degreaser? We ended up washing it in our dishwasher. It did tarnish a bit but it did get it cleaner. I was hesitant but it worked. The new slats on the porch looked nice.

Try this: 1.5 tbs of liquid soap in a quart of water. Spray the infected plants. This will suffocate the bugs. You also have to get rid of any eggs that are on the underside of leaves.

@@TubbsOfLove I found out a couple years ago that my uncle was friends in high school in Ponca City with the guys who started Head Country. When I order it, it is delivered by FedEx and I got 4 gallons(which is heavy) and my driver wanted to taste it and he loved it too!!

Have you have the apple habanero (I think that’s it?) one? We got it several times last summer and I expected it to be super hot but it wasn’t at all and I really liked it. I can’t hardly eat anything spicy anymore since I had c o v i d three years ago.

Me too! I was so stressed he was going to get onto me because he’s been pushing me to get healthier and I had gotten down 50lbs last year and put it all back on and now I’m only down 24 again. But once I told him everything that’s happened since my December appointment with James, his dad, the funeral, moving, and such, he said I was doing amazing considering everything I’ve been through.

I have to consider getting some of those dehydrated shredded potatoes. Great to have on hand. Was nice of James to have dinner made. I always think things taste better when someone cooks for me. Maddies birds are so pretty. Sorry to hear about your beans. I only soak my beans 30 min. before planting. Mine are coming up. Hope you can figure them out. I seem to be having trouble with my cucumbers not coming up yet. I will try to be patient.

I love the potatoes. I add a little to soups sometimes, use them for hash browns and I’m breakfast burritos I love when James feels up to helping and I can focus on other things. I’ve never had an issue with beans but these I planted a second round of came up.

@@TubbsOfLove we had two of our bucks escape a year ago and it took 3 hours total to get them cornered and a rope halter on them and drag them back home. Luckily one of our neighbors got on his dirt bike and helped chase them down and two other neighbors helped too thankfully.
