Governor Murphy made a positive difference in NJ quality of life. The "NJ Get Covered" program helped me with Health Insurance and the "Garden State Guarantee" helped with community college tuition for my Daughter. Also, he came to my county when we had a massive power outage to make sure it was dealt with quickly. We hardly have an outage now since infrastructure was improved. Murphy was a breath of fresh air after abysmal Christie.

Lower Manhattan is one of the most densely populated centers in the WORLD (not just the US). Congestion makes sense for that area. NJ leaders just didn’t prioritize transit.
