On Chat Box, Colleen Wilson of NorthJersey.com and Larry Higgs of NJ.com talk about the impact of NYC’s first-in-the-nation congestion pricing toll. They discuss whether they think the program will actually reduce traffic and if NJ Transit and PATH are ready for an influx of commuters.
