This is the first video of Tommy I specifically remember seeing. I thought it was faked somehow but it dawned on me that this was real. I have seen him at guitar retreats and in concert, and he's the best that ever lived. Do not miss the chance to see him in person if you can.

Microverse1 I hate to sound adversarial here but have you watched half of his videos? He uses every technique in the book! Harmonics, muting, percussion, shuffle, crazy chord inversions, dissonant chords, insanely quick solo leads...His technique and feel are immaculate.Not to mention being great entertainment to watch. Perhaps you could show us how you would perform this particular number?

Mr Emmanuel is probably one of the greatest guitarplayer ever walked the face of the earth when it comes to skills and variation of technics. He sure got feeling to and is a great entertainer. He sure has written some good tunes also but Nothing matching the real deal in terms of classic evergreens in songwriting.

Never could quite understand self professed " scholars" pointing out all the meaningless flaws they think only they see in musicans. If that's what an advanced education gets you, I'd druther be fat, dumb and happy. Maybe they should just sit back and enjoy for a change.
