Your arm literally gets destroyed because of the minute mechanics sonographers must perform 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Your wrist, shoulder, back, and neck literally get destroyed.

If there is any weakness in his lower limbs "he doesnt move his limbs well "or sensory deficit which might be difficult to appreciate in this young age , severe constipation since birth

And if there is a hair tuft ,hemanngioma or any other impressive lesion on his lower back , but many dimples can be benign ,it is better if you visit a pediatrician and get checked closely , I wish your little baby good health
