Really I mean WTF? Still 5 years old and we don't have simple usb-c to usb-c file transfer? Is the I.T. Scene and innovators in a chemically induced coma or whats taking so long on this? There should be no reason whatsoever that we can't file transfer alost like firewire to firewire usb-c to usb-c especially from a Windows machine to another Windows machine, instead uh nope nothing. I guess it's all a huge lie, usb-c isn't faster, better or more superior, it's just another new gimmick to make other things obsolete.

I just got mine today and the lack of instruction was omg🙄. The piece of paper said to install total connect2. After downloading it there was no option to sign up for a new user. No message prompting to do anything. I had to search for “SkyBell” app and download it instead. This app was super easy and connect right away after 3 steps. Over all I like the doorbell so far. Even though this video was 3 years old, it helps a lot!
