In 1995 I think Barney & Friends ratings were dropping because yes I watched the show and when I was a kid and was at The Radio City Music Hall Show in 1994 and I thought in Season 3 I hoped to see Celebrity Appearances on Barney & Friends but Season 3 was okay but not like Season 1 & 2 but fun fact if I got in Trouble in school my punishment was watching PBS Kids instead of Kids WB parenting was great because I still watched Television and Barney was one of the shows I watched for punishment.
