Your new album is so so good. Just found your channel a few weeks ago from an Elliott Smith tutorial, but I really liked your individual sound as well. Glad I checked it out, and thank you very much for blessing my ears
3 seconds in, first thought - "I see you're dedicated enough to get a FG-180" :D Is it a red label as well? (got one myself that needs some much delayed love now)
@brushstrokemedallion3 ай бұрын
i think so? there's a red label inside so maybe. if you ever need a neck reset, i highly recommend sending your guitar to dave fengler. he only works on yamaha FGs i think. it's only $300 and he does a phenomenal job. he made mine so much more playable and i will never get rid of it as long as i live :)

@@brushstrokemedallion If theres a red label it's a red label :) I don't live in the states so that is not an option sadly. I had the bridge lowered a while back as a "budget option" and that mostly sorted the playability issues / raised strings, but I need to replace all the frets and some other fixups on it. I love it to death if even mine is a bit beaten up and find myself reaching for it far more often than my entry level Martin.

What is it a reversed sax? Love this and your ES videos!

thanks - it’s two saxophones playing the melody and a pump organ through a space echo doing the drone notes
