I love making little pamphlets to use as notebooks when I’m reading a novel. It’s easier to keep track of all the characters and certain details as the story progresses. I read lots of murder mysteries and these come in handy! Thanks for sharing your technique! Very professional and creative, as always!! 🙋🏼♀️👍🖋️📚📓

Why do folks have to ruin nice things to "turn it into something just for meee"? Make something new. Make a truely handmade journal. You can learn here on youtube. Its an amazing thing. And 100% youd keep it forever because it would mean so much more. OR find a hardback book that isnt in readable condition. Dont take someone elses work and ruin it.

How do you keep the thread in place in the needle?do you tie it?
@StoneburnerBooksАй бұрын

Love your work! And your video tutorials are amazing! Which brand of linen thread do you use? I have waxed linen thread that seems to be very saturated with wax so I get very little definition in my coptic stitches on the book spine. Yours are very distinct! Thanks for any info you can provide! 👏👍🙋♀️💙

Do you use paper or fabric for your book covers? I'm starting my binding journey, but I still find that I get bubbling through both :c
@StoneburnerBooksАй бұрын
@@anomalyalexielart I use paper for my covers and depending on the weight of the paper, I too can run into bubbles and wrinkles. The best thing to do is start from the center and smooth outward. Also, practice has been my best ally in improving smoothing the cover paper.
