That up kick to Bolo's face by Roper was vicious, took everything out of Bolo that he had, sapped his strength, big brutes like him rarely get hit, but when someone lands a lucky punch or kick, they can't fight anymore, don't know the actual science behind it or why, it happens a lot in real life, you know, the bully ends up getting a whooping, happens in boxing all the time, Tyson was indestructible until another fighter landed a punch on him, after that kick to his face Bolo was a spent force

Ironically George and Madeleine have the best chemistry of all the couples of the past and since they're both widowed, why not!

5:36 and then Bond survives two bullets and being shot down from a much larger height in Skyfall....... LOL. But this kills Max. It makes ZERO sense.

I've seen the behind the scenes stuff about the bridge fight. How they built a replica section at pinewood etc. But what about the blimp sequences and getting to the bridge? I know it isn't roger, but they clearly have a live human being hanging from a rope over the ocean. Did they do that forreal? Was he harnessed in? Some of those wide shots like at 2:06 are pretty amazing. I just wish for the bridge fight they also showed more wide shots of the stunt guys who went up on the real bridge and messed around. A la the sugarloaf mountain fight in moonraker. It looks dumb from close up but a shot from far away looks badass.

Greatest song to end a movie ever? 🤔 For me, its between this and "Measure of a Man" by Elton John to end Rocky 5.

0:28 They’re looking at paintings. Logan has never seen paintings or pictures or statues of people before escaping the city. This was a VERY smart move by the filmmakers. Because they don’t want the city folks to have a sense of history or time passing or of the people who lived before and died. They wanted them to live for the moment till it was time to renew. Once a friend died, they were forgotten about. No memories.

During the party crashing scene early in the film, I groaned. I was convinced the film would be dreadful. Fortunately, it actually ended up rather good. I enjoyed Ronald Neame as Johnny Alucard, the film wisely confines Dracula to the ruined Church, Peter Cushing doesn't disappoint, the pace is fine, and the cinematography is a cut above the average Hammer film of this era.
