Any idea of how to count the drum breaks at the end? Are the fills quarter not triplets? Or are they straight 16ths being played against the swing feel?

Excellent video. And I must say that, out of the many many location videos I've seen, this might be the first one where the locations actually look better today than they did in the past! Venice seems to have been cleaned up a lot (without losing its mystique) and it looks fabulous.

been a fan since buying six as one of my first albums. living in the countryside in northern sweden as a boy of thirteen it blew my mind. just now i was looking for reactions on a hunch and even the fish outta water guy has only done wide open space. this is crap dude. at least i gave a copy of six to a drummer in back school who was gonna be a music teacher and loved mars volta. he was like, what for no reason. then looked me in the eye and said oh you just wanted me to have it, i understand now. and u have done this vid im about to watch. we are the few proud soldiers of god. as imma press play, i salute you. also, this song man. i always replay the intro a few times when i hear it. its unique.
