Excellent video. And I must say that, out of the many many location videos I've seen, this might be the first one where the locations actually look better today than they did in the past! Venice seems to have been cleaned up a lot (without losing its mystique) and it looks fabulous.

This is a fantastic piece of work and must have taken a hell of a lot of research. Need to track down the British locations now! Thank you.

Good job I went a few years ago, and saw most of them, but ran out of time trying to get a few of them, did go to the small church, thought that was a big trek

Thank you! We were lucky to have an extended stay, so plenty of time to explore. The trickiest shots to find were the statues in the Giardini della Biennale.

This is the first time I've seen the final death scene locations filmed. Was there any way up the spiral staircase to the room where the murder happens?

That location is the Museo di Palazzo Grimani, it's an art gallery so most of the building is accessible; all except that final room! I tried to ask the attendants if I could take a look but they didn't speak English so my efforts to explain that I was hunting down filming locations went unheard. Hopefully someone else has more luck, or maybe I'll get back there one day!

Thanks so much - it’s such an amazing city, I recommend you visit it some time. Being a huge Don’t Look Now fan it’s like the city itself is the main character of the movie.
