If you want to get out of the airport you would need a transit visa, else you can stay in airport for 11 hours time… 2 years back airport in Brunei used to close at night and reopen in the morning as they didn’t had any facility to stay, but now they do allow you to stay in airport as well until you catch the next flight, else you can get transit visa on arrival

You can do any sort of trading in Dubai with an appropriate Trade License, even if you have a Golden Visa it doesn’t give access to trading any business, you need to apply and get the suitable trade license with a Validity of 1 year to start the trading in Dubai

You can either convert your money or withdraw the local currency from the machine; there are some ATM machines or Casinos in Egypt which does allow you to withdraw US Dollars as well

Forex Trading or Crypto Trading are very expensive, license fee would cost anywhere in between 25,000 to 50,000 AED per year and they have strict limitations of what kind of trading or activities you are going to perform as it involves financial transactions and currency conversions
