Bro 4 hours is ok u got sticker Visa feel happy . I also got good tip need to keep dinar money and go to airport . Venkat reddy

Yes, it happens some times but when there is no one in the airports then itself it took 4 hours time, image if its a busy day, I could have stuck for 7-8 hours also
