Theyre dumb. For subletting , the 2nd house would have been by far the best and most appealing to subletters. Now they have to spend more money on renovating a much less appealing place

I used to love this show. But then, a friend who participated in it told me. Before you apply, you must already have a contract with one of the apartments. The show pays you to participate. It is basically a show that advertises agents and shows apartment options in cities.
