After spending about a hundred hours straight learning blight thoroughly, learning all the cool, fun techs that could get me crazy hits and learning what I can and can't bump on, they change him and make his bump logic better. Hug techs and moonrushes are gone, and blight now only requires bump logic. He's still just as strong if not stronger, he's just less fun.

That's great all but.. Launch date? This seems like the kind of teaser you get a week or two ahead of launch. We haven't even seen gameplay. Aside from the original announcement trailer, and a few pictures on the steam store, this is all we have. Don't get me wrong. I can't wait to see a "Until Down Style" game set in the Dbd universe. But announcing it so early, and only now getting bread crumbs... I'm not a fan of the marketing so far. Also, they could have hyped the killer up MUCH more. Instead of the blank face reveal we got in the trailer. "Hi. My name is Frank. I'm a recovering facecamper."

The change to his purple addons were unnecessary, and unwanted tbh. They were a niche. The only addons that needed changes when behavior started this rapid pitfall of ruining blight was c33, c22, alch ring, and adren vial. Iri tag was fine as instadown, because again, it was a niche; alch ring could have either taken one of the two strong effects of c33, or been changed to instantly recharge tokens, but either have a major speed debuff or a limit of 3 tokens maximum. C33 basically just needed to be split off into two different addons. C22 just needed the range to be reduced. Finally adren vial just needed one of its positive effects removed (read: recharge rate) and it would be a strong but balanced addon. There was no reason to change rat and crow other than bhvr having a "oh, it gets used often, therefore it should be nerfed," just like there was no reason to change summoning stone, notes, soul chemical, or tag. The collision I'm 50/50 on; his environmental hitboxes were genuinely so shit, but at the same time hug techs/moonrushes were primarily just for flair and nothing more. Overall, his current balancing is rough. His iris are genuinely stronger than before, and his more balanced addons were nerfed for no reason. BHVR can do better, there's no excuse.
