Hello. What could be the reason that the radio does not work (silence in the speakers). There is only the AM band and it cannot be changed :-(

Суппорт надо с силой потянуть двумя руками на себя . Тормозной цилиндр немного войдет внутрь и ослабит прижатые колодки к тормозному диску . Или еще есть варварский метод . Вставьте между внутренней колодкой и диском толстую отвертку и вдавите поршень . Старая колодка уже ненужна в любом случае .

Thank you very much for this good video. It has saved me a lot of time and money. I was able to replace the faulty radio myself.

For folks thst are new to this, Absolutely use axle stands - hydraulic Jacks can fail with zero warning. Should really lower the car so the weight is onnthe stands, and use the jack as the 'back up' (not the jack as primary and stands as a back up - you need the weight on the stands so they don't tip of slip when the jack fails ! Oh and sling the wheel under the car too as another life saver

when you replaced the spring at the end of your video you positioned it in the wrong place top and bottom it should be behind the caliper not in front as you have left it

Very helpful video - many thanks. Exactly the same parts and disassembly method on my 2012 Grand CMax. I didn't need to get the radio out - just to the back of the screen to plug in a new (£7) GPS antenna. This fixed the satnav "No GPS" problem much more easily and cheaply than replacing the antenna at the back of the roof. Without your video, I wouldn't have known how to get the dashboard cover parts off.
