Great review. I starte my journey across with S22 ultra used and decided to swap it for a used fold 4. Coming next week. Similar experience as a long time ios phone owner with the swap to android. Similar thoughts. I plan on keeping my Iphone 13 max pro while using the fold. Best of both world initialy. Recommend folks consider the used (Rurfurb) path if unsure. Saves on investment and amazon has a good 90 day trial.

is it still so slow if you just crop in a video and shorten it a little. the saving of it was so slow on my period android phones compared to my iphone ? :S

Z fold 3 user here. Don't let anyone tell you there's a crease on these folds (to put you off). Whenever the phone is on you will never notice the crease, ever.

Imo, foldables are pointless. For the price of a Samsung one, you can get an iPhone pro and an iPad mini.

cant you use a HDMI to USB C adapter that has power input, then connect that power input to a powerbank? then it will charge at the same time?

Yep i recently went from iphone 15p/m to fold 6. Listening to most reviews i was torn between the 2, but after going for it i fou d out i didn't miss apple. Z fold 6 is a great phone and glad i went for it.

How are you getting on with Fold 5? Do you still prefer the phone as I’m thinking to get rid of my iPhone 15 PM. I’m able to pick up a Fold for under £600. Which it appears to be a steal. As I’m not bothered with 6 at £1800🤪.

I’m loving this review! I’ve had used Samsung since I was small and in my adulthood I’m using iOS so I’m getting the taste of both worlds, I still have my Samsung tab 2 from 2012 but since that’s unable for usage I’ve upgraded to iPad Air 4. One of my first phones (without hand me downs) was Samsung s6 and I don’t think I valued it enough as my whole family had iOS I felt a bit left out so I made the switch. But, now having the iPhone 11 since its release, no iPhone is giving that wow factor and I feel like I won’t miss much besides the convenient airdropping (but even then I’ve had issues with its failure) - the fold is looking so appealing and I wonder how reading manga would look like! I do have a kindle, but it’s inconvenient for reading manga since kcc does not work on my mac unfortunately. I’m hoping to save up money for this fold phone especially since the 6 is coming out with a nice pink I can’t wait!!

Totally agree. I own a 12“ iPad Pro and the Mini and since I have the Mini, I never ever turned the Pro even on.

I used the latest iphone for over a decade, I switched to midtier Android phones, and they are so much better than the most expensive iphones. I will undoubtedly try out the high tier Android in the near future.

I’m switching to the Z Fold 6 from iPhone 12 Pro, tired of the small iterative updates that barely feel worth unveiling a new device. I get that the 6 is iterative over the fold 5, but Samsung gave me 3x trade in for my 12 Pro vs Apple plus doubled the storage and an extra $100 off for using the Shop app. Can’t really say they aren’t trying to earn my business.

I think I’m gonna make the switch. I still have a MacBook Pro, Apple Watch, HomePod, AirPods. Will still love and use my MacBook. Apple Watch is getting really old so it’s ok. AirPods I’ll give to my husband. HomePod my husband can control I guess. I think making the switch will be ok

For starters, why are you lying to people saying that even on the iPhone with the lightning port that it doesn’t work yes it does with the adapter again you would know this if you did a little more research before making a video saying all iPhones pretty much suck when it comes to this there’s enough dumb people out there that believe that their android phones are God and they would pray to them every day. Don’t make them any dumber. Yes, you can buy an adapter for the iPhone users with the lightning cord, but unfortunately, the iPhone 15 came out and they got USB-C and they work just fine as an android phone does so I think you should update your video.
