The fact that you’ve created such a great video shows how your morning pages tremendously helped you. You’re awesome man.

Morning pages can be gold, but I stepped also into a negative loop, when writing about negative feelings seemed to reinforce them instead of making space for creative thoughts. Did anyone experience this?

Not going to keep this behind closed doors: All I need to do is finish this first big step and I'll be beyond the threshold to perceive my life as an endless game where winning is already acquired, but the rewards are exponential. I already have enough to just start having fun once I'm done with that first step... I've removed what was hindering me recently, relapsed into its comfort one too many times and now it's just gone forever :) ... I came to like your video because I'm sure it has more potential than I want to spend the time to highlight its many good points. I did like getting to that same analogy about school (and wanting to, some day, teach it to my children and eventually tell them that school is a big joke as opposed to what my father never told me). I sincerely wish my father had never tried to always have a good or accurate answer to everything (even when he didn't)... showing some fallibility would've been great of him... instead, I have this card in my backpocket of being able to pretend endlessly... So I have all these masks that allow me to see other people's masks and - finally - figured out that some of us are stuck with theirs. Being humble is something everyone should learn to be initially. I started off by being Actually good at everything because I always wanted to understand everything. Sadly, I may have played a long con against myself. Faking being humble when, all along, I always cared about everyone for the right reasons... it was so backwards and unbelievably tedious when, really... the other way around would've had me leave this girl in the dust like everyone else. She's given me the missing piece of the puzzle that affects everyone............ after restructuring all of psychology from the ground up. They messed up on the first question (what is human nature) and conflated several words that Needed to be separate. I want to love the one girl that time has forgotten... that's accumulating traumas faster than candies at halloween. She's given me a bit of credibility back as she realized I was - potentially - everything I always said I was.......... She's never trusted anyone.... and she tumbled on the only dude that was "all that". Sadly, she cornered her mind and screwed it up pretty badly. Do I have a savior complex? For her? She's the ultimate victim xD and her only enemy (well... she might've made a lot of people upset given her predisposition to try to ditch men that were about to ditch her preemptively and interpret everything as a personal attack as she became increasingly inadequate. Mann.... What a pile of dung. Especially her culture that made her far worse than she would've been otherwise. Anyways I digress. Yes, life can be perceived as a game, but I'd suggest shifting that thought to "money". Acquire basic physical stability (couple of towels, bed sheets/clean ones, normalcy and then start doing a hobby that you enjoy and can capitalize upon and turn that into a business. Then, find someone with your passion for the work youve done and slowly push him to be the ceo and then help to build affordable housing.. physical stability is hard for most people and it's all they really need (along with my tools that will be given ww). Take care! Voilà... life at its finest awaits.

I've been writing Morning Pages for over 10 years - 3 handwritten pages each early morning - it really helps 'flush' thoughts and emotions out and helps me to better understand Life -- I high recommend "The Right to Write" by Julia Cameron -- who also wrote "The Artist's Way" -- it is a terrific habit to implement! Cheers from Texas !
