Indeed, per their discussion with a signal maintainer near Bassett,@@311hitwall . They were saying they were 18W-21 at 10,100 ft and that the train behind them, 18W-22, was under 30 cars long.

That's to distinguish it's ownership / reporting marks as Union Pacific Yard instead of simply Union Pacific. Makes it a bit easier at a glance for crews especially with the liveries being the same.

An sd40-2w came south on the Waukesha sub today, there might be a chance it ends up on the freeport sub but I'm not sure when or if it even will. Just though I'd let you know

Got some bad news. The CN freeport has been converted to ITCM and is now unmonitorable making it very hard to railfan time efficiently.

They run from Belvidere to Rockford Tuesdays and Fridays and then to Loves Park where the street running section is if they have work up there,@@unionpacifictrain .
