We bought a 2017 GMC Acadia SLT-2 at WAY BROTHERS CHEVROLET BUICK GMC back in that year. I love the vehicle but i'm not crazy about the captain chairs and third row seating.

I owned this car, and GMs attempt at Direct injection sounded like a sewing machine. I had to put Dynamat under the plastic engine cover to drown it out a little. Poor guy has no idea how to drop the top… didn’t release the buttresses and open the trunk first…. Terrible design roof.

To all of you that are complaining that KBB is a low ball and your car was as described. I can tell you that you are ... not telling the truth. I am doing this for 3 years. I did not had a simple car that will come trough the door that was exactly as described. People never put damage on KBB even if half the car is missing. So I know you are lying already. You have to understand one thing - describe your vehicle by using the KBB standards (yes they are deeply explained - what is a minor scratch, what is a major scratch, what is a minor dent, what is a major dent) and you will get an EXACT offer! Do not try to cheat the system and the system will not fire back to you. I had customers coming in with half of the left quarter panel missing and of course KBB was saying "No major damage reported by owner". 100% of the cars I appraised in the past 3 years were inaccurate. Stop blaming the dealers for not falling for your scam try.

@@VechniHitove so I did the same as the guy on here but I haven't taken the car in to get looked at. I know the price will drop once they see the small scratches and stuff. The guy told me he could help with paying towards my previous loan (12k retaining) and give more on top of that for the car. My gut is telling me this is too good to be true. He's willing to do this much for a pre owned car. Does this normally happen? Have you done this or heard of someone doing this? The car is worth about 21k from what kbb says.

@@SouthSun991 if your car has equity yes it is doable. I have seen crazy things going on now. People who leased cars 2 months ago are coming back to us to sell it because they got a car from company or want to trade it because their family is getting bigger and they either break even or they even can get something on top of the lease. That never happen before. My advice is go ahead and get the car inspected. The worse can happen is waste 15 min of your time to get the inspection but you can understand how much your car is worth. The best -you can sell it and get a good money for it.

thank you I also work in a buying center through KBB and think its hilarious people think they get low balled but were completely dishonest about the condition of their vehicles and think they know values of cars better than someone who does this for a living its quite comical. If you want retail for your car then SELL IT YOURSELF.

It’s phenomenal for under 5’ tall ladies, just like my old 97 GS was. The premium 2 doesn’t have the same pickup the GS from 97 had, but it’s enough I get “this is a nice car” comments often driving in DC rush hour traffic while driving for Uber,
