I don't think I need to say this but the 2013~2016 looks more adventurous while the 2017~ looks a bit mundane. However being designed for Chinese taste who prefer understatement, I'm not at all surprised. The interior 2017 wins hands down, but I like the older exterior more.

The 2017 model looks cool, but it’s not enough for me to get rid of my 2015 Encore just to get the 2017 Encore, even for that updated Intellilink System. Some people might think otherwise.
