Hello Namita is it BANGDDA cutlets or BANGDDEANCHE cutlets? What is BANGDDA and what is BANGDDO? I am confused, because in Konkani we know singular is a BANGDDO and in plural it is BANGDDE, but I really do not know what is BANDDA, all I know is BANGDDA or BANGDA is a Punjabi dance which in English is called BANGRA and in Hindi or other Indian languages called BANGDA or BANGDDA. Initially I thought you are a Goan.

How can we hear what you are speaking with the loud music also on. Please remove that music it's not necessary. Because of the disturbance people will not be interested to view your recipe. It's too disturbing.

Saute the onions chillies ginger garlic and then add the fish crumbs. It tastes cooked and better.

I m also goan Saraswat. We never add onion, dhania seeds nd triphala in bangda curry. More over triphala is never ground, it is added after the curry boils nd that is sufficient for its taste nd odor.
