Which year is that Auris? I need to replace that bulb in mine, it's 2014 and Toyota servicer said I would need H16 bulb. I took a look downside, looks as same cover as in your car.

There are three plastic pins beside the three top screws that didn't want to release the top of the glove box. Also I found the four screws on my 2005 Passat. Two are on the inside lower portion of the glove box with the front open on each side. There are also two underneath of the closed glove box. The screws that hold the fan in place are the next size smaller torx. They are also a hex head. I had to use a small ratchet and socket to get the top screw out and also when replacing it. My brushes had worn so much that sometimes the fan would not work. A new fan has fixed the problem.
