Parking brake adjustment VW GOLF

I have new cables and calipers have been done recently but my handbrake is really really high. Any advice?

This is were you adjust the hand brake,tighten the nut 'til you feel some drag on the wheels while not engaged,if the lever travel too far 'til it lock the wheels then you might have got cables that are too long 🤔 //Fredde

@freddesgarage Thanks I'll try this, the garage did say they tried, I know I took the centre console out for them
