What do you have on your exhaust setup that removes so much of the rasp? i have the same berk test pipes, but mine is insanely raspy and loudddd.

How do you get the drain in and out of that space behind the dash?

Mines on driver & passenger side. Would I do the same thing on both sides?

Every video I've watched they make it look hella easy to remove but not on my 2014 Q60, no sir. That CAT is hanging by one stupid stud (bottom driver side) and I got no room to work on. no tools fit in that little space there, the two bolts on top are off but the last one at the bottom is a pain, there is not enough leverage to spin the breaker bar. When I see all this videos I see a lot of room in there to work, I guess is a Q60 thing that they decided to give the owners a hard time when it comes to fixing our s*it!

I use a 14 for the sparks and use the oil to remove it after loosening it.

Is this the only spot it could leak from? Mine is definitely clogged down low, but the water spread all the way up to my visor. Could that happen from the leak being below that area and just traveling up like a sponge? I’m hoping I’m not leaking up top.

I did it and now my lights won’t turn on ?? It worked for a few seconds now I’m confused 😅

I just followed this advice to fix my Infiniti q40. Same exact setup. It was harder to reach than was let on in a video but it seems pulling The tube off first allow me to use my needle nose inside the little plastic part to pull it off. For putting it back on I just put it on the end of the tube and kind of let it fall where it may making sure the arrow was up and then I use my longer screwdriver to just poke it in and I snapped it in. Checked it by pouring water over the sunroof and water was leaking out. I had done this on my Nissan Murano as well and they had the same exact setup. And I clipped the little piece out at the end on the plastic. I have no idea what it's for or why you would want to stop stuff that came all the way down the drain tube from not draining down And out of the car

Car went into limp mode a couples nights ago when i was headed to work. No cel, codes, etc. My sunroof just started to leak a week or so ago. We had a bad storm that day and i assume it just got my bcm a little wet. Luckily the next morning when i got out of work it was fine

At 7:40 , you did the mod (removing the blocker to the hole) I was considering trying. Extremely helpful video. Both of my sunroof weeps are apparently clogged in my JX35 Infinity. Got so frustrated with the similar issue in my Volvo XC 90 that i pulled the fuse for the sunroof and totally sealed that useless thing up with a hardening sealer from a popular National windshield company. Every sunroof I had ever owned eventually leaked, every one! Thank you for this helpful video. June , 2024
