This works!! I’ve suffered from it for about 2 years. Nothing worked not even antibiotics. I tried this, had nothing to lose. Went to the doctor told them exactly what I wanted; cream not gel. It took about a month to start to work. I was about to give up but didn’t. It has cleared up 100%. If I feel a tingle I use the cream for a couple of days at night time. 100% recommend, persevere you will get there.

Nadine you look good, but I think most of us would look as good as you if we could afford BOTOX - but sadly I cannot - however I like to see what you recommend for ordinary people on an ordinary budget that can try and help themselves make their skin look better. No disrespect to you - but most people here try and do the best they can with their minimal budgets that they have.

I was given noritate and thats metronidazole topical cream. My perioral dermatis is NOT healing and is infact getting worse. I am wondering if azeilac acid would work for me.

My bad hip & back worsen as i turn 40 so i have to train myself to sleep on my back. It’s uncomfortable for the first 6-8 months but now im used to it and it benefits my skin greatly 👍 Magnesium citrate gives me chest pain & magnesium glycinate give me headache 😑 everyone is different.

Nadine you are looking the best I’ve ever seen you, you look fantastic! Could it be the slightly darker roots are bringing out your eyes more, and the shorter length? Whatever it is, you’ve hit the jackpot. Beautiful

Over six minutes devoted to discussing a pillow. I am 62 a side sleeper and have never awoken with creases in my face. I think Nadine does botox too, so I take any recommendations from someone who does injectables with a grain of salt. Love her interaction with Jo when they are together though:)

Niod hyaluronic acid complex has a Score of 13 out of a 100 on YUKA and a BAD rating as it contains high risk ingredients Tetradecyl Aminobutyroylvalylaminobuty for starters !! Potential carcinogen ,endocrine disrupter plus pollutant 😮And that’s just the first thing I’ve looked at on here regarding safety Beware

I've been using The Ordinary Lash Serum for over 2 years, and I can attest that it definitely does work. I doesn't really make your lashes LONG, but it definitely thickens your lash line, so you have a nice fringe of lashes. For the price, you really can't beat it! I apply it at night before bed.

I understand that time of day, frequency, power and irradiance might indicate use of red light masks be a bit more nuanced - Professor Glen Jeffries (UCL) studies mitochondria - the power behind cells - and he has observed them to be more active in the morning and get lazier as day goes by - he observes their reaction to red light in Petri dishes. He has found that using red light in the eye for 3 minutes x 3 per week via a specific torch helps outcomes for children with mitochondrial disease, and red light is also being used for other eye conditions but under very specific parameters. Obviously use on skin is different but more is not necessarily better. Three to five times a week could be enough. To add to it all I have also seen suggested that using a mask after an RF treatment or micro needling might not be such a good thing as it could 'heal' the deliberate 'damage' which stimulates collagen production before the full impact has been achieved . . . have also heard others suggest that a mask should be used after such treatments - confusing !? The red light doesn't only affect the mitochondria in cells which have had the light shone on them - apparently there is a communication system linking the mitochondria all around the body. Red, near infra red and blue light tend to be the main wavelengths used for skin. There is a much wider use of light in the fitness, wellness and longevity world - also for healing wounds and painful joints - fascinating but also needs to be navigated with care as every use requires different specifications.
