I will be adding this to my line up I do a lot of yoga for digestion and I love how gentle this one was but felt effective. I really liked the block modification in the squat I feel it made it more of a VIN variation.

Yay!! So glad to hear this!! I used to struggle a lot with squat and I remember a yoga teacher telling me that my feet had to touch the ground and then after we did our yoga teacher training and after I’ve been studying a lot of yin with Bernie Clark, I realize that it’s not available for everybody’s anatomy and I’m OK with that now . But for a long time I felt like I was always doing something wrong because my heels did not touch. It’s just my anatomy has to come into it a different way because of the way my hip structure is built. I really want to bring that awareness to everyone in these poses that we’re all not gonna look the same and there’s not one way to do something. Thank you so much for your feedback.
