EAA are actually completely useless.

Unfortunately EAAs have been shown to do none of these things. Why take in an incomplete protien? All that does is fill up those buffers in your body which it cannot use as it is limited by the lowest available amino acid when it comes to MPS and other metabolic activity in general. EAAS are a waste of money, however you’re right abt being able to take in as much protein as one can usually eat as the upper threshold is around 400-500g for the average man before oxidation becomes an issue in the kidneys. Curious why you’re pushing EAAS

What's your views on HIIT? Sprints in particular? Is 10 x flat out 30 second sprints 3 times a week worth the effort? Even if it's just 15 mins on the treadmill?

It took me way too long to take my health seriously but now that I have I totally understand that "health is wealth". I don't take it for granted and I'm obsessive now and want my health to be optimal. It touches every area of your life and builds insane amount of confidence, physically and mentally. I'm never turning back and it's in my DNA now. Health is the foundation. This is a hard road that requires a lot of discipline but what is the alternative??

You can't solve a problem that you don't understand! It's imperative to acquire education and then do something with that education. Be ok with failing because you can't have success without failing. The biggest lessons are in the failure. It leads to wisdom!
