I usually ho to destroy green to avoid annoying ground attacks. Build some towers and archers for dragons raids. Red will no attack. Then go with massive gryphons ti destroy orange

Before you build anything else, first build 6 peasants to mine gold (more if the town hall is far away) and 6 to chop wood. Minimum. This is the most important part to keep your economy going. Other buildings like lumber mills and towers can be built after that. Then get Tier2 and tier 3 as soon as possible to maximize gold. I notice that you are not building peasants, letting your base stagnate, while trying to control your army in some other part of the map. Another thing you can do is to always keep 1 peasant near your towers so that you can keep repairing them without worrying about resources.

1) Not building enough peasants 2) Attacking units into guard towers when you have ballistas 3) Ballistas killing your own units due to poor control 4) 25,000 gold and you are still not upgrading weapons and armor

You would have completed this mission faster if you just focused on building peasants and getting more resources. Fancy tactics don't mean much when you don't have the basics right

This might be a old vid, but I'am still stuck on this quest since it came out, I've wasted thousands of round of ammunition. bc at the end they just stand there doing nothing. he never shoots him. The bug has ruined the game for me.

I remember the best strategy was just to take out the red base and build up from there. The starting area is too vulnerable to attacks from dragons and death knights. I usually only start building up a base once I cleared the red one

also bought the game, too bad they didnt fix AI and some keyboard commands. plus custom game is bad.

This mission is hard, AI keep spamming dragons to harass your base.

it was so bad I had to see it through. and then it stopped before finishing 😢

even skipping forwards and fast play that was painful to watch. what the fuck am I doing with my life wasting my time on this muck

Damn, I didn't know Dalaran had it that bad. Got sacked by both the Orcs in WC2 and the Undead in WC3.

It is beneficial in this mission to take second base as soon as possibly while defending on the choke point. With two Town Halls peon production and mining you can very soon attack both from sea and land. Still nicely done!

I loved this mission because of the joke. The thing is if I had to do it again I would get frustrated but I loved the fact that even tho its totally automated it takes 20 steps just to get a fucking ID and then be told your in the wrong lane imagine waiting hours to be told to stand in line again if everyone was actually alive lol

So this is the mission where the real lore breaks, right? Up until this point, the Horde campaign is essentially canon, and afterwards, the human missions are what 'really' happened.
