I feel like twiggy not coming back was because he was actually proven to be abusive to his ex girlfriend? I’m not 100% sure. But the allegations against Manson haven’t been proven and I believe twiggy’s were. Regardless it would be cool seeing him again.

@@peanut4745 how could they be “proven” it’s a he said / she said from 30 years ago. It’s honestly ancient history and he’s bettered himself and his life. He’s sober and healthy. Who tf cares what he did at 20 something years old while intoxicated? To me, it’s weird that anyone would care about this. And hypocritical that he’s not allowed in the band at this point.

Best album since Holy wood. Only the pale emperor comes close to this and I’m a fan of all of his work but he knocked it out of the park with this one. I agree TPE had better singles, but the album kinda falls off at Birds of hell awaiting, whilst I find this record way more consistent This is very different from anything he’s done before, you can hear a lot of Alice Cooper and 80s goth rock on tracks like No Funeral without Applause which is my personal favourite song. Nod if you understand is fkn awesome and sounds the closest to ACSS and Holy wood. It is a little derivative of Killing Joke’s The Wait however Manson sells it so hard, I can look past it. Meet me in purgatory might be the most contemporary and pop manson has been in a LONG time. Sort of reminiscent of Ghost. Every song is a banger and I would not be surprised at all, if he releases more as singles.

Twiggy played on the first leg for the heavens upside down tour before being canceled and dismissed from the band October of 2017… also I disagree on the other Bates albums being better than this one… no they are not.. Heaven upside down and the pale emperor are pretty boring aside from like two songs on each album… OAUG album is way better than HUD and TPE and it’s almost as good and similar to parts in We are Chaos which I really enjoyed … in my opinion… this new album and We are Chaos are the best albums Manson has released since at least holywood. Also that dude raven looks pretty cool… I dig his guitar playing …

Didn’t know Twiggy was part of HUD initially thank you for clarifying that! I don’t see how HUD is worse than this album in any way, other than that it had no real theme and was less cohesive as this is, but otherwise I liked the songs more. To each their own! @@thegodbombsI like what Manson is doing … I don’t care what style or era of his career he chooses …. The only thing is that he is missing pogo and twiggy…. Or if not both at least pogo …. I don’t think they need two guitarists …. Pogo played guitar parts in his keyboards… I love how in the old days diasy would come up with a guitar parts and record them and have pogo sample them but he would distort and manipulate the original guitars parts until they sounded like distorted synth but still with that guitar like ability to bend notes …. An example of that is what pogo plays for Antichrist superstar the song … those parts are originally guitars parts I assume Daisy wrote …. Stuff like that is what Manson is missing and for the band to go back to a just 1 guitar and bass and drums and keys setup … other than that, even though I love Manson , this band is just another hired guns band and it continues to feel like just a Manson solo project ….

I've been a fan of Manson since 1996 and purchased every album day of release since. This album is everything I've wanted from a Manson album post Holywood, and I loved WAC. Pale Emperor was fantastic but this album has nice clean Manson vocals, the use of effects added something Manson has never done. The growl and wailing type of singing was okay but the vocals on this are like 90s - early 2000s Manson. The lyrics are amazing and just overall 10/10. I did a poll among his fans what Bates album they think is best and it was overwhelming OAUG. With almost no votes to HUD. For every vote pale emperor got OAUG receieved 5. And out of 100 votes, HUD received 2. Good review and first time to your channel. Well done. I can't wait for chapter 2 that is done and will be out around May 16th. OAUG chapter 1 was Manson in Purgatory and chapter 2 is after the resurrection. So probably more Front Toward Enemy energy on that one. I was told it's on the album despite what people have said.
@thegodbombs4 күн бұрын
Thank you! 💣💥⚡️ Yes I have a feeling Front Toward Enemy will be on part 2 and part 2 will be heavier. I can’t see this as better than Heaven Upside Down, which has every style of Manson song on one album, but I respect everyone’s opinion. To each their own. To me this is the weakest of the 3 Batss albums but I guess it’s better than albums like Born Villain and Eat Me Drink Me.
