I am watching this video a whole year later, and I am so happy for you and that you have the customers that you have. You have always been transparent, real, raw, and unfiltered. I love this about you: You're bubbly when needed, down to earth when we need it, and all the things. Most of all, you are humble and kind. I have been inspired by you for years now and seeing your journey makes me want to start even more. I ordered in July, didn’t like 2 of the 4 perfumes that I ordered, requested a refund, sent it back immediately in July, sent them an email letting them know the tracking number, and here it is September 22, and no refund yet. I just so happened to check and I never received a thing. Sent another email and while they confirmed receipt, they asked how I wanted to proceed. DO NOT ORDER FROM OAKCHA. Horrible customer service.

I think that really was the best part. Being carefree and able to explore without a super strict schedule of events. I didn’t even get to eat on the day of our baby shower so this was a pleasant difference 😆
