Huge fan of Oakcha here, been buying from them a while. My experience with their customer service was top notch. Highly recommend the following: Sinful (TF Lost Cherry), Secret Lagoon (Creed Virgin Island Water), Gold Gem (Byredo Bal d’ Afrique), Italian Cello (Xerjoff Lira), & Blue Velvet (MFK Oud Satin Mood.) Very impressed with their dupes so far.

Definitely been going back and forth about blind buying from Oakcha. Any fragrances, especially since I suffer from migraines and certain scents trigger them. Thank you for an in depth review on the scents you bought. Although perfume is personal & everyone’s body chemistry etc is different. Definitely have Sweet Addict in the cart tho. And I am a gourmand lover as well 💖

I definitely understand! Because these have a higher percentage of fragrance - they do come out a bit aggressive. My nose starts twitching after two sprays. Once the scents settle in the air, they’re good. But just keep that in mind for those first fifteen seconds lol

Also, any gourmand with vanilla or marshmallow, I typically spray a couple of times and put it away for a month. It mascerates and the vanilla pulls out more.

So I love all the candy scents and when I place my order I ordered the sample box and also ordered watermelon Jam. They ended up sending me a large size of Sugar Rush and I emailed them and in 2 days I had a large size of the watermelon Jam. No questions asked they just sent it and I love both of them and constantly get compliments. Everyone that goes to hug me or that's close to me it says oh my goodness she smells so good😂! I love it!

I went and bought 5 bottles. You’re taste is exactly like mine. Love the sweet and gourmand. I like to be able to know what I exactly smell like. Not just random flowers. I like linear scents too. Maybe some call it juvenile but my brain gets confused if there is too many notes. It’s why I usually where BR 540. It has plenty of notes but it’s very airy and all I can smell is the sweet air! :)

So I’ve been really testing them and my initial reactions were spot on. Sweet Addict and Italian Cello are perfect for me! Secret Duchess smells really good but its more on the green tea than marshmallow side in comparison to Princess so that does irk me a little lol. Praise the Perfume has not been a conversation starter for me. I like the way it smells but I don’t think it projects well on me. Miss Girl is going to be my personal least fave only because I like sweet cherry and it’s more of a tart cherry.

My experience with Oakcha was chaotic too. Same as yours with the bundle stuff. I'm curious to try more but kind of apprehensive, tbh, especially being in Canada. The fragrances are good though (I got the Caramel bundle).

@@ShesBasically I finally bought two Oakcha fragrances: Plus One (Juliette Has a Gun) and Body Scent. The Plus One is too cloying on me. Body Scent is ok, but kind of strong. I don't think my body agrees with Oakcha. My favorite Scent is Lake and Skye 11 11, to give you an idea of what my norm is.

Oakcha, Dossier and Le monde gourmande, all the dupes people rave about are all so nasty smelling to me. I aways give them a try and waste my money. I can’t keep duping. 😢 May as well get a really good $ 150 bottle once a month , after testing in person of course. Bc higher priced doesn’t mean smell good and quality. I think the issue is the companies use artificial fragrances. Imma start making my own using real flowers, real creamy sandalwood oilsbc I know what I want and they never make it. 😢😂

I ordered in July, didn’t like 2 of the 4 perfumes that I ordered, requested a refund, sent it back immediately in July, sent them an email letting them know the tracking number, and here it is September 22, and no refund yet. I just so happened to check and I never received a thing. Sent another email and while they confirmed receipt, they asked how I wanted to proceed. DO NOT ORDER FROM OAKCHA. Horrible customer service.

That was for the discovery set. I ordered full sizes and they arrived sooner. I bought Morning Rain and so disappointed that it doesn’t last long.
