I just put two coins under them to get them leveled. i made probably over a 1000 of theese in last six months. Try to reach out to companys, i had company ordering like 100-200 at the time.

They actually have jigs you can attach to your laser bed and they hold it level so no need to put anything under it anymore. And yes companies are the way to go, I'm currently selling over 1K wallets monthly in both engraved and blanks for other makers.

@@TorchedWoodWorks No this one is blue. I was doing 80mm and 90 laser.. won’t touch it..take it out put wood there and it will burn it…then I put my wallet under and it won’t touch it either

Question for you - I have been using carvco for about 2 years but, it's PC Based and my PC is getting old, i see that easal works on a mac - are you still using easal to create for your CNC - I'm trying to figure it out and you video's have been very helpful. I want to start doing some 3d carving and carvco monthly charge doubles where easal stays the same. I appreciate any advise you can give. thanks John

Yea I use easel for a lot of my designing for my cnc still, they even now allow for 3D carves to be uploaded into their software. Can't edit the 3d stuff but it can be loaded in there now.
