I graduated High School in spring of 1984. Until about 10-15 years ago, I did knot know of my Asperger's. God made me this way. Got a Bachelor's degree, made a living as a clerk (not using my degree) and now I have a house, 2 cars and retirement money. I am TRYING to participate in conversations in a more mature manner. I am slowly realizing how to "fit in". But this is still the way God made me.

lol such a great show I loved it - was only my second Goose show just love what they're doing - avoiding copying Phish and developing they're on style of wicked guitar and keyboard jams - hope they can keep it up and continue to write some interesting originals

I have 78 clients / parents who repeatedly buy this product from my affiliate link. They buy again and again because they see positive results with their child. I also take this product and notice a positive difference in terms of sleep, energy, digestion, bowl movements, stamina and more. The child with autism that has a dysfunctional gut due to limited diet will typically have less functional language. The gut is the second brain connected directly to the brain via the Vagus Nerve. The gut-brain axis (GBA) is the bidirectional communication between the brain and the enteric nervous system (ENS), which regulates the gut. This connection links the brain's cognitive and emotional centers with the gut's peripheral functions. The GBA allows the gut to communicate with the brain physically and chemically: Physically The vagus nerve, one of the 12 cranial nerves, connects the gut to the brain by running from the brain to the colon. The vagus nerve sends sensory information from the gut to the brain and motor signals from the brain to the gut. Chemically Hormones and neurotransmitters travel along the GBA to send messages. The gut microbiome also produces substances that can influence mood, and research suggests that this interaction between the microbiome and GBA is bidirectional. For example, a study in mice found that feeding them probiotics reduced their blood levels of stress hormones. Gut-Brain Connection: What It Is, Mental Health, and Diet - ZOE Apr 18, 2024 - Your unique gut microbiome plays a part in all of these. The vagus nerve. The vagus nerve is a large nerve that runs from your brain to your colon, physically connecting your gut to your brain. Research involving both animals and people has found that the vagus nerve plays a crucial role in carrying signals between the gut and brain. Animal studies also suggest that the gut microbiome, which produces substances that can influence mood, is involved in this. A study in mice showed that feeding the animals probiotics - living “good” gut bacteria - reduced the levels of stress hormones in their blood.

When a pop singer doesn't understand the subtlety in a rock song... She's waaaay too loud for completely missing the feel of this song. Guitarist sound awesome.

I've been listening to and loving this song for 28 years and there is no right or wrong when it comes to interpreting how to perform a song. Make it your own. I liked her way of doing it as well. Big props to the drummer.

@@Grums Not trying to argue with you, opinions are subjective. But I disagree with you. Maynards Pitches, tones and dynamics mesh into the music like another instrument. He's brilliant at it. Some songs, some artists are great for putting your own flair on. But TOOL, not so much. Almost sounds like a guitar playing the wrong chords. The girl singing here has a great voice, no doubt. My personal opinion though, it would sound even better if she followed the nuances and dynamics Maynard recorded. She sounds extremely talented. I'd love to hear her take a run at it trying to put it out just as the song was recorded.

I thought this was going to be about autistic parents and them infantilizing their wives and kids…exactly my situation. Unfortunately, my eldest who is on the spectrum protected her father by projecting all her resentment towards him for doing this onto me. She got super nasty with me and won’t talk to me because I felt it safer if she go out with a friend then her being by herself at malls and stuff.

I'm 4 months cold turkey from 2 yrs at .25 at night for sleep. I still have pulsatile tinnitus, neck/shoulder pain, extreme dizziness, high blood pressure, slowed digestion and pain in my diaphragm. I also get periodic panic attacks. During this 4 mo period, the following symptoms have gone away one at time... tremors, sudden jerking at night, visual disturbances, debilitating low back pain, coordination and balance problems, leg weakness, shooting pains into my legs, extreme restless leg at night, crying spells in the middle of the night, nightmares, burning and edema in my feet. So despite my current symptoms at 4 mos out, I have improved. I hope at 6 mos I'll be done with this. If I had only known, as I take pride in being a healthy person. This is a miserable drug and I do not recommend going cold turkey, especially if you're on high dose. I literally felt I may die. It was that bad.
