I never thought I'd say this, but the abuse of people's email addresses requires it. As we all know U.S. Postal Service stamp costs have skyrocketed, no doubt because email is faster and free. However, because I, and, I'm sure many others. are tired of the humongous volume of spam that we receive, I think it's time for the Federal Government to charge, per email, a modest fee of, say 1 penny. It would have no significant impact on most of us but would, hopefully restrain mass emails sent to those who don't want them and are tired of having to delete all that junk email. Such legislation would have to limit the amount charged per email because, as we all know, the Federal Government ALWAYS spends far more than it receives in taxes and revenues.

Upon receiving an email advertisement, I do two or three things. First, I block their email and post the sender as spam. Second, I make a note to never spend a dime with any company proposing such an advertising tactic. Then I may proceed to badmouth the company in social media.

The Bad: Glitchy in odd, minor ways First there was formatted notes and then for many years it was plain text only now it's back which is great. Unfortunately there are Copy and paste issues, no option to paste as plain text, for example. Also, seemingly randomly, about 30 marketing tabs spontaneously spawn. Of course it's still flaming slow. The focus has changed to the time field as well when creating a note instead of the content field changing the previously default for like 30 years. WTAF. And then there is the actual text font controls which are just plain all messed up. it used to work great before it was discontinued. Now to the good. It works and is the best option for desktop CRM, although there are really only two to choose from. If you are not using a CRM, you should be. Oh, wait, they are canceling the desktop version and that's probably why these issues exist, to push you to the cloud.

I can't get past the Please Login page and no instructions as to what address I am looking for regarding the Web Server. I figured out the Datta Base, and I am guessing at the webserver address which is the same as what I log into everyday....but no, nothing in this world is simple is it. Simply says We are unable to connect to ACT database, please try again....at least 20 times and different variations and the same answer. I was really hoping this video would show me what you were putting into the Database and the URL, but you greyed it out so we can't see it. Poor instructions I think.
