i don’t know why I bought this bike it says it goes 28mph max speed but it only goes 20 don’t waste your money unless you wanna buy a whole new controller such a bad bike could’ve bought a ridstar or a mototec instead of this

All the parts are new, and some are covered with oil. You can wear gloves if you want to keep your hands clean, but it's not necessary

Hey I purchased a carera crossruse e bike, at first it was fine and then it stopped working I now know it's because it needs to charge. However I didn't get a charger or key when purchased. Should I followed this method? Ans what charger would I need??

Hello! This is not our brand of eBike. If you received a bike without a key and charger, there’s a significant chance that it was previously stolen. While this method might work, it's better to search by the bike's name to find the customer support contact for that specific brand

Don't do that man , the only way your getting 60+ miles on one charge of that 20 amp hr battery is if you're in PAS 1 weight 150 lbs are peddling the whole time on flat ground with the wind at your back , real world range at real world speeds 30-40 miles max!!. Sick bike , velowave makes a good product but let's not lie to the people ok .

I've been watching review videos about this ebike and no one has mentioned if it has a cruise control function. It's nice that there is a thumb throttle but I don't want to have to press it for miles and miles if I don't feel like pedaling. Does anyone know if it actually has the cruise control feature that I am looking for in an ebike?

Is this a prototype? The rack and rack mounting points are different from what's on the Velowave website. Also no handlebar cross brace or derailleur guard on the website models.
