Ingredients: 2 big potatoes 1/2 large yellow onion, finely chopped 100gr baby carrots 1 green bell pepper 3 medium beets, peeled and grated 3 tablespoons tomato paste 1 ripe tomato, chopped 4-5 cups, thinly sliced cabbage 1 bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped 1 bunch dill, coarsely chopped salt and pepper olive oil Instructions: 1.Place potatoes in a large pot in boiled water. Then, lower heat and allow to simmer. Season with salt. 2.Meanwhile, dice onion. Add olive oil over medium heat and add onions. While onions are cooking, chip carrots and slice pepper. Add to pan and stir. Season with salt. Allow it to cook, frequently stirring, until the whole mixture is meltingly soft and is about to start caramelizing. 3.Add the tomato and tomato paste. Allow to cook for a few minutes on low heat and then add the beets, adding more water as needed to keep it moist with the potatoes. 4.Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the water and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add it to the mixture.While it simmers chop the herbs. Season soup with salt and red pepper flakes as needed and according to how spicy you want the soup to be. If the soup is too thick, add more water. 5.Add herbs and after 2-3 minutes turn off heat. For serving, use sour cream to the soup itself with bread. Happy cooking! 🤗

Es sieht sehr weich aus, auch wenn ich in der Küche nichts mit offenen Haaren mache... Danke für das Rezept, ich probiere es aus, allerdings immer mit einer Gehzeit von wenigstens 4 Stunden und falten alle 30 bis 40 Minuten...😊 Lg...

Die Falttechnik ist großartig, wenn Sie die Geduld haben, alle 30-40 Minuten zu falten. Ich mache das mit meinem Sauerteig. Dieses Rezept war allerdings einfach für faule Leute, die den Teig einfach 4 Stunden lang vergessen, haha.
