@provaricus627 it's a survival game the whole point is to try and survive but there is 0 difficulty to survive which makes it pretty boring

I agree that NMS is a Survival Game, but the difficulty of the game will vary wildly between players. A new player to the game could find that the game is difficult on a normal setting, as where the more experienced player might not find normal to be very hard at all. That being said, I don't feel like the game is meant to be competitive in the survival aspect to other game in the genre. Mainly because the game is so vast with thousands of systems and worlds along with so much that you can do in the game. In my opinion, I feel the game is to be experienced from an explorers perspective rather than a hardcore survival perspective. I also understand that each survival game "is not" going to meet the standards for every player. I appreciate you for clicking on the video to share your opinion about the game.

I agree, to a point. As i mentioned to Nugget above, I believe the game is meant to be experienced form the perspective of the Explorer with some survival aspects added in. However, I don't think NMS is a game that can truly be compared to other survival games. Mainly because NMS is a very unique game and is not just a "Survival" game.

I would have to disagree with you on this statement. NMS even though listed in Steam as a survival game, it is much more than that. The games description even states that NMS is an Exploration game before it states it is also a survival game. Which is probably why the majority of the player base fell in love with this game. So, as I mentioned earlier, not every survival game is going to meet every players standards. I do hope you find a survival game that meets your standards.

I mostly used Exosuit upgrade charts purchased from Cartographer for Navigation data, but I do recommend finding a Planetary Trade Station and checking the Trade Terminal. They sell the Exosuit upgrades for Units. Typically 30-60 at a time. Might have to planet hop to find them though. Hadal Core can be purchased from Pirate Station vendors for Units, Glowing Minerals and Storm crystals aren't too bad to farm on planets, but can sometimes be purchased from Planetary trade terminals or pilots. Remember, you only need 100 items total, 1 item = 1 standing. Hope this helps

@ Oh no. In the latest version of NMS Worlds Part 2 it doesn't allow you to pick up items infinitely. I don't know exactly how it works but jumping from station to station doesn't work anymore.

Yes you can, but with my testing it was actually faster to reload after each egg. In several cases the time you had to pulse between the first egg and the second egg varied from 2-8 minutes. This does not include pulsing to the third egg. On average it took me 1-2 minutes to call the Anomaly and reload the save. So, for my testing I felt this was way more consistent and reliable. I am not familiar with console settings, but when this video came out there was a setting on PC called "Foliage". I typically turn foliage to Low or Off and also turn shadows down. This will allow you to see objects on the ground much easier.
