You can get 3 void eggs in one save in a system. Once you get the third, you can call the anomaly, or just land on a planet and do the save and reload thing.

Yes you can, but with my testing it was actually faster to reload after each egg. In several cases the time you had to pulse between the first egg and the second egg varied from 2-8 minutes. This does not include pulsing to the third egg. On average it took me 1-2 minutes to call the Anomaly and reload the save. So, for my testing I felt this was way more consistent and reliable. You can just decline the ship and you get your egg back. You can go as far as to accept the ship, find out what supercharged slots are and then reload restore point and refuse the ship and get the egg back.
