Hello! I love that at this point I almost know what you’re going to say, especially on some of the packaging items. My border stamp is defective - in addition to it not liking to be on the foam, the red rubber is cut is 3 or 4 places so I’m sure it won’t stamp cleanly although I haven’t checked it yet. I LOVE the other wooden stamp. I had a hard time coming up with a theme but settled on “autumn wildflowers” although the overall content has a lot of pink. I love the papers… I don’t understand the tiny ephemera but haven’t tried to use it yet. I will get December’s box then I will take a break as I keep getting further and further behind on the boxes (still haven’t finished April’s pages). I always enjoy your unboxing and your other videos when time allows to watch. I’ll look forward to seeing your notebook journal that you showed a sneak peak of. Thanks for sharing your creativity and inspiration. Hope you feel better SOON! Take Care! 🙂

Hello, hello… my October YCS box came earlier this week as well and I went through it before watching your video. I was a bit underwhelmed. I’ve paid my subscription through the end of 2024 and I’m hoping I will be able to say NO to 2025 after 3 years of accumulating similar vintage supplies that I don’t seem to use much after the initial 6 - 8”x8” pages… I was doing some other collage sizes in 2022 and some in 2023 but not in 2024. I’m still using the April box so I’m the furthest behind as I’ve ever been with the boxes. There’s so many other things that I enjoy that I would like to do but haven’t been doing either (Tim Holtz, Dylusions, Art by Marlene, PaperArtsy designers including Alison Bomber, Stamperia, and along the lines of collage - Maremi Small Art adorable collage cut out books (13 of them so far)…. TOO MUCH! 😵💫 Whenever I get to thinking about the subscription I wander through my completed journals from 2022 and 2023 as well as YTD 2024 and skim through all those boxes to get an idea of what I want to do… I suppose time will tell but I think I’m ready for a new chapter and while I hope to continue using the abundance of collage fodder that I’ve accumulated with YCS, I want to continue enjoying other venues as well… I always enjoy hearing your thoughts during the unboxing and while you’re using the supplies. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend!!! 🙂

Although they sometimes have ‘seasonal’ items as in leaves, fall colors- they don’t have ‘holiday’ and actually they don’t really do ‘seasonal’ all that often either (in 3 years, I’ve never gotten a snowflake for example)… they concentrate on VINTAGE items generally around a theme. Hi! I don’t have a Dollar Tree in my area but I’ve heard good things about the variety of items they carry… I like the vinyl wallpaper that would be great as quick & easy journal covers - love the idea of covering the little boxes with it too. When you were talking about multi-level display at craft fair it reminded me of the early 90’s when I sold Home Interiors for a season of time and I used various boxes under a big cloth to have several layers to set things on… it was mostly fun… I sometimes like a thin acrylics bloc although I usually prefer the thick ones - I was thinking it would be a cheap way to mount the YCS stamps that don’t want to come off the block! LOL. Thanks for sharing your crafty items. Have a great day! 🙂
