How much weight did you lose in 10 days?

With being almost 500lbs, I think I lost a little over 20lbs, in the 10 days of liquid diet.

I am 3 weeks post op today from my medial thigh plasty. Your legs look wonderful. I wish I could show you mine. 🤦♀️ I too was so nervous for this surgery. A year ago I had my first plastic surgery procedure after losing 200 pounds 5 years ago. I had a fleur de lis abdominal plasty with diastasis recti repair. It took me almost a year to completely recover. This thigh surgery made me very nervous. I agree- it was very painful. It looks like I had more incisions than you did. My thighs are still large but the huge globs of skin are all removed from my inner thigh. I am extremely grateful. These are hard surgeries. I’m proud of you and wish you great healing! I am so happy for you....I am in Canada and they won't do mine..It is not covered and it could go as high as 15 to 20 thousand dollars....I can not afford that...

Hi! Recovery has been a lot more difficult than the Panniculectomy, to be honest. I don't regret the surgery, but if I had to do it over again, I'm not sure I would... The scars do not itch, they just haven't healed all the way, yet. I still have some light scabs, so that's what has been my biggest ick, right now

I hope by now that the recovery on your thighs has been easier than it was. I'm sure you think it was very much worth it by now. Did your insurance cover the thigh plasty or any of it?

Hi! Sorry about the late response, I am not getting notifications. But He moved my belly button. It looks weird. lol Like a slit, instead of a round belly button. But My surgeon is Dr Gallego in Yuba City, CA. :)

THANK YOU!!! Honestly, the only thing that helped me was tracking EVERYTHING. Like, I ate 3 m&ms and tracked it. I also tried intermitten fasting, but that didn't help me and caused me to be constantly hungry, when I could eat... 🙃 You got this, new friend!! How much have you lost? Are you doing skin removal?

@heaftygirlweightloss351 I have lost 127 lbs. I do get hungry. I try to eat 3-4 very small meals. Some days are harder than others. I'm 14 months out. I am proud of myself. I have to wait till next year to get this skin off. Lots of money. I tried on a pair of jeans size 12, and I got them on! I was so shocked! Lol

Hi, new friend! I had my surgery 5/7/19. Then I had a revision 5/10/22. I stall ALL THE TIME. it's totally natural. I have a fitness/calorie tracker. I track my steps. I have lost over 220lbs. It's a journey, for sure. Always open for new friends. If you need me, I'm an open ear ❤️

I had Gastric Bypss 2 weeks ago. I start soft foods Friday. In regards to that scale, are you measure to make sure it’s 2oz? Also those containers your putting it in for meal prep reasons, what size are they and is there a link for them to buy them?

How did I miss out on your journey on KZbin? Ive been binging on anything I can find for months while checking off the boxes to have surgery around the beginning of March 23. I have watched no less than 20 of your videos, one right after the other! lol You have such an interesting and raw story that I can so identify with. I am so much older than you, at 59, but still somehow can relate to your struggles and story. I subscribed today and liked every video hoping to help with getting your story out there, because I think it would be so helpful and insightful into the truth of the trials and happy times of having WLS. So you hade the sleeve and than the bypass sounds like a lot. How are you doing now? Do you regret weightloss surgery at all? I was planned to get the bypass 21 of December this year but I cancelled it. I feel it’s better to do in the new year. That way I’m not sick during the holidays. But yeah I still doubting to go threw with it all. Love to hear your thoughts. Greetings from the Netherlands

Greetings!! I regret the surgery as far as the skin and the side affects. I do not regret having the second surgery at all. It was a lot, and still is sometimes, but worth it. I am not in pain or anything! If you need someone to talk to, I'm here for you, new friend! :)

Loaded in salt , people try to get rid of obesity with this surgery to then have hypertension due to all these seasonings that do no good !!! Horrible

Not sure if you realize it, but most of the seasonings that were used are very low sodium. The beans were low sodium as well.

I tell you what, I had a bad asthma attack, was in the hospital for 5 days, got a C. diff infection, and have had terrible diarrhea and cramping for 4 weeks now. I've lost 25 lbs! Now ... I'm a cup is half full person, and buttoning those size 10 jeans for a week has been GREAT. When I'm not pulling them down as I run for the toilet. But I look skinny!! LOL
