How many croissants does this make? I counted and I think it was 7 but I want to make sure. Also should I just double the recipe or make it twice, I don’t want to mess the croissants up

Hi, if it’s too sticky it might need more to chill, or it might be overmixed, or a little more liquid was added. Try to chill it for a longer time and see what happens

Yes, add a bit of water to steam the pancakes. 2. use low heat, but make sure the pan is hot before you put the batter 3. whip the egg whites on slow to make the meringue stable

Hi, maybe you overmixed your batter. It absorbed more liquid. Just mix the dry ingredients until incorporated. Small lumps will do.
