How do you love yourself when there's a critical voice in your head who always says "you're not good enough?"
Is it really possible to love yourself even your flaws and imperfections?
One way of loving myself is to know myself so I can find what makes me happy and fulfilled.
The hardest part of loving ourselves is dealing with our highly critical voice along with with our negative feelings and emotions.

ABOUT THEA'S TABLE:
I'm Thea, a Filipino aesthetic silent vlogger in my early 30's.
I love creating aesthetic cinematic cooking and baking vlogs with my recipes while sharing snippets about my life and my thoughts. I'm on my journey towards loving myself more, finding simple joys in the little things, and doing what I love.
I'm currently living in Canada with my family as an international culinary student.
CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKE RECIPE:
240 grams (2 cups) all purpose flour
120 grams (1 cup) cocoa powder
3 teaspoons baking powder
200 grams (1 cup) white sugar
65 grams (1/3 cup) brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 teaspoons salt
