I disagree on alot with Jordan Peterson, not the hard Jungian psychology, which is far more of an exact science than losers want to admit, but namely the deist appeals to religion and the rejection of most forms of reactionary political ideas, but he's perhaps one of the few people in the public sphere I can say I am sure is always genuine and a family man. I respect that alot about him, the way he was with his dad is very similar to my relation with my father (and my grandfather when he was still alive as well.)

There is no doubt Peterson has saved many lives and has helped many people and thankfully many men, who my goodness, need some help, understanding and guidance. Though I don’t agree with everything he says, you don’t have to. There is wisdom amongst some of the more messy stuff. I shock my friends when I say I’m a fan but I think it’s because if you listen to the sound bites he really does come across as a right wing, bigoted, mad man and he’s not. Well no crazier than anyone else, just much more honest about his struggles. I ordered his new book way back. It came two days ago. I’m yet to start it.

Is it really so hard to say Jesus Christ is Lord and that the Bible is about Him and that He is our redemption and our hope and our insurance and assurance for what's beyond this fickle, short, beautiful sometimes painful earthly life.
