Do you have any shaking going on in your footage from the camera being mounted onto the desk that way? Ive watched a ton of videos on overhead shots and the issue I'm worried about is shaking which I could fix in post of course but I'm curious. Really loved this video, probably the best ive watched thus far.

I'm curious how it would do for a live stream camera. I used to have a Canon XA50 but it fell in high winds. I need a replacement for it but I don't want to spend thousands. Something like this, with interchangeable lenses would be perfect for what I do.

Love this great setup! I especially like the arrangement of the soft box attached to the table. Presently I have my light on a separate stand but it gets tangled up between my main table and an additional table. Q: I wouldn’t be able to attach a clamp to the side (they put the support too close to the edge of the table) Do you think I’d be able to put it toward the side but on the back and swing the light around to the side? Would the arm twist enough to be able to do that?

We can’t be “filmmakers”, we can only be “video-makers” because we can’t afford to shoot on film like Spielberg, Tarantino, and Nolan. I’m sorry, but I won’t follow their advice until one of them decides to finally shoot a movie digitally.
