I put one one on my 2022 5.0 and I'm emptying half a catch between oil changes. Port injection is only activated at speeds 35mph and under, then it kicks over to direct injection. It's catching as much oil as the 3.5 eco-boost.

There’s a recall on the Promaster city engines they have extended the warranty to 70k Miles. You’re definitely past the oil consumption test stage and eligible for new motor. Take it to the dealer and enjoy the new engine for free.

I got about the same truck, no complaints I’m a grandpa so the Econ mode is what I do 90%of my driving and I’m actually seeing 22.5 mpg around town calculator checked. I want fog lights too, if you put them in, do a video so we can see how to do it. I’ve listened to a lot of the after market exhaust on you tube, they sound good idling, but sound like Civics when on the throttle, I’ll take quiet and bust 5.3’s and 5.7’sat the light, they never see it coming 🤨

I like your truck just like it is, the headlights are just fine, it is a shame that Ford didn't include fog lights with this truck, whoever made that decision needs to be looking for another job.
